Chemotherapy and cancer mean very little to Mike Flannery when his animals need to be fed.
Every day when he takes care of the many animals on his farm, a small horde of them follow him around. It's not surprising to see him walk across his property with cats, dogs, a goat, and a blind horse following close behind.
Why do you think they like you so much, Mike?
“The animals like to follow me around because I’m the one with the groceries,” he says, as some more cats climb down the ladder to greet him.
